- VR Sphere Viewer, VR Sphere Viewer for Desktop, VR Sphere Viewer WMR Edition, further called "the Software", and Web page vrsv.allyour.fun with subpages, referred to as "VR Sphere Viewer Home Page".
2. Information collection: 
- Author of the Software and VR Sphere Viewer Home Page hereby declares that no personally identifiable information are being collected by any of the mentioned above Software nor the VR Sphere Viewer Home Page.
- VR Sphere Viewer Home Page does not use cookies nor any other technology to recognize its users or process their personal data.
- Third Party Services, listed in section 7. "Third Party Services", MAY collect Your personal data, therefore please refer to their Privacy Policy, as explained in section 7. "Third Party Services"
- In case you send an email to vrsv@allyour.fun, it will reveal your email address that is necessary to let me reply. The conversation will not be kept for longer than necessary and you may request its removal, however email communication is NOT part of the service.
3. User's consent:
- By using the Software and VR Sphere Viewer Home Page, you hereby consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
4. Use of information:
- The Software does not include any algorithms or functionality designed to analyze or collect identity data, however as every tool, may be used to support such activites, for example by displaying a picture of somebody, presenting GPS coordinates shown as saved in EXIF data, or displaying a game screenshot indicating a player name, or showing picture's Copyright or Author or other information as embedded in the picture or picture's EXIF data.
- To be able to properly display a file, the Software needs to read the file, including its embedded meta-data, such as date of creation and/or modification, GPS coordinates, filename, dimensions, camera make and/or model. That information is only used during display of a file. 
- To be able to properly deliver web page content, User's IP address must be known to the web Service Provider during time of processing. There is no log of visitors/ip addresses collected by VR Sphere Viewer Home Page, however such information MAY be collected by the Provider - please refer to section 7. "Third Party Services"
5. The Software's configuration: 
- paths of the folders marked as favorites in the Software are kept among basic application operations settings, such as curved screen bend scale, slideshow timeout, virtual floor status or virtual 'cinema' zoom, in the User's profile data.
6. Data sharing:
- The Software does not send ANY data out of User's computer. It means that the Software will not collect information about viewed content nor any usage statistics.
7. Third Party Services:
- The Software does not embed any Third Part Services, however the Software is being delivered with help of Third Party delivery channels, such as Microsoft (tm) Store or web server host WEBD.PL
- VR Sphere Viewer Home Page is hosted by "Globtel Internet Szymon Hersztek ul. Matecznikowa 2/1 80-126 Gdańsk", the Software is hosted by Microsoft Corporation (https://privacy.microsoft.com/en-us/privacystatement)
- Author is not responsible for access to any Third Party Services, as it's governed by the Privacy Regulations of these third parties, that require separate account, verification and User's consents.
